This list does not include chopper builders at the moment since I am struggling with where to draw the line on the definition of "manufacturer". The intent is that manufacturers would have built or intended to build mass produced models while chopper builders do one-of-a-kind cycles. With the recent popularity of choppers, that line is no longer very clear.
