We unloaded the CL72 this weekend. The ramp from the back of the pickup was a bit of a problem since the bike does not have a front tire/wheel. After a quick look around the shop, we decided to attach a chopper wheel/tire to the front of the bike. It did work well enough to roll the bike down the ramp - a bit wobbly since the axle we used was a socket wrench extender.

Well, it wasn't quite that easy.  As we tried to roll the bike forward, I thought the bike was in gear.  But, I could not really tell. We quickly figure out that the chain was so rusty  that it would not even bend.

Son (Napalm) pulled the link out of the chain and with just a few solid taps with a small sledge hammer, the pin came right out.

The bike was rolled right off the truck and now sits proudly in the garage (shop). This is probably the first time this bike has ever been in a real garage.  It was never a garage while I owned it and certainly was not garaged for at least the last 30-35 years.

Next move?

We are thinking to go ahead and get a title for the bike. That might be a long ordeal.
